First nose surgery Osteotomy + nasal tip I’m a bit disappointed that the nasal tip turned out rounder than I expected, but it is natural to that extent. They generally don’t recommend silicone, so I was thinking of raising the nasal bridge too, but they advised against it. I only did the nasal tip, so it’s a little disappointing, but thinking about the future, doing it naturally also seems okay. I think it would suit people who pursue a natural look.
