I had a consultation with Director Hyun Sang-min. He said he would do it without an implant, using septal cartilage, and if there wasn't enough, he would use ear cartilage. He said he would perform the surgery as safely as possible. He said my nose isn't a difficult case, so the surgery time probably wouldn't be long. I don't have major desires in terms of shape, and I'm also considering the functional aspects, so for now I paid a deposit and came back.
