While looking for a hospital for nasal septal perforation, I made an appointment and went for a consultation. Maybe because the material is autologous costal cartilage, the cost was quite expensive I was also afraid of general anesthesia.. Still, as I talked with the director, he seemed confident and said he would operate as safely as possible, so I made a same-day reservation and came back. He also seemed responsible, and more than anything, I was satisfied that a clear solution had been created.
