Among bulbous noses, mine is probably the top of the top. It's not severe, but I think it's one of the extreme cases because I even have a dorsal hump? I went here through a recommendation, and I had been thinking about rib cartilage, but I heard they handle things like autologous costal cartilage and implant-free surgery well, so I went. I was satisfied with the consultation. Listening to the director speak, they seemed very professional. Since I thought my nose was one of the extreme cases, I asked for it to be as high and slim as possible, and for now I like that they shaped it into a look that is as natural as possible without being artificial. Also, they are very safety-oriented, so I feel like I won't have to worry about complications even after several years? Real-time CCTV viewing is possible, and aftercare is 3 years, so I'm thinking of booking. But it's a private clinic and they only do 3 surgeries, so it's a bit hard to get a date.
