The consultation was so unfriendly. I saw other review posts and wrote down a questionnaire, the surgeries I’d had so far, and my progress in detail, then showed it to them. As soon as they saw it, they said, “Are you going to have surgery or not? What did you come to look into?” and not a single question was answered. People say they answer well when asked, but there wasn’t even one explanation. After looking at the surgeries I’d had, they only said, “So that’s why your eyes became an extreme case,” but shouldn’t you need to know why the current surgical result happened in order to know whether an early revision can be done well... They just briefly said in passing, “You have lid lag.” Like that. Issues like whether there is overcorrection now, or whether the eye-shape correction needs to be released, there was no explanation at all, just “Have surgery today, right away.” “Have surgery immediately this morning.” Those are the only things I heard. Maybe the time they try hard to explain is when there seems to be a possibility of surgery and they think it will bring in profit, so they try to persuade you. If they release two points of eye-shape correction in one hour, the profit really is good. If I’m disappointed even though they do an early revision, there’s nothing I can do.
