I had a consultation with Director Lee, and the director was very kind, but while talking with the person called the consultation manager, I said that I had put down a reservation deposit at another clinic before coming. She tried really hard to persuade me, and I said I would think about it. But then she said, “Oh, then you’ll end up having a fourth surgery. I’ll see you at your fourth surgery^^,” and walked out smilingㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅌㅌㅌ It was more than 500,000 won higher than the clinic where I had paid the reservation deposit, but the director was kind and explained things well, so I was wavering. Thanks to the manager, I made up my mind to have surgery somewhere else. I don’t think the manager should work in customer service… The doctor was very kind..
