That's why I even put down a deposit I was worried because I had seen reviews saying the consultant was unfriendly, there was a long wait, and it was hard to get the deposit back, but the consultant was very kind, I didn't wait at all and went right in, and while reading reviews, I saw Babitalk reviews saying the result had scarring, so I ultimately decided on another hospital. Even when I asked about a deposit refund, they processed it quickly. So in the end, I think it is quite a good hospital
