I had surgery without implants, and I wanted improvement in the front view more than the side view. The side view turned out much more refined than I expected, and the front view also seems to have improved satisfactorily within what could be done without putting in an implant! Now that it’s been a month, I think a lot of the pain has gone away too. I like my nasal line now, so I hope it doesn’t drop further or change. A lot of swelling went down over the past month too, but they said more swelling will go down over 6 months, so I’m looking forward to it.
