I’m planning facial contouring surgery, so I’m leaving a review of my consultation with Director Hwang Yong-seok. First of all, the director seems to prefer dramatic lines. I prefer a natural line, so I don’t think he was a good fit for me.
For the surgery, he recommended three types of facial contouring. For the chin, he recommended T-osteotomy with 5 mm advancement, and since the width of the anterior chin is a little wide, reducing it slightly. I asked because I thought my chin length was short, but from the director’s view, the length was not short, and he said advancement alone could create the effect of looking longer, so he did not recommend chin lengthening.
He said the square jaw frame protrudes, making it look wide, so after chin advancement, he would proceed with square jaw surgery by slightly resecting only the protruding frame along the secondary angled line, while leaving about 1 cm below the ear. He did not recommend cortical bone resection.
He also recommended slightly reducing the cheekbones.
For double-chin liposuction, he did not recommend it because the fat layer is thin, and he said deep cheek fat removal would be helpful.
I don’t remember the price exactly, so I entered 10 million won.
