First of all, I waited over 6 months just for the consultation and went there happily. The director honestly told me that it would be possible to some extent, so I trusted them, and I did it because I really strongly wanted to have it done here no matter what. Fortunately, I'm satisfied with the result and I'm happy. But the consultant asked me to show photos, so I showed them, and then explained at great length that this wouldn't work, that something would be placed somewhere in the columella, and so on. I think it would have been better if I had discussed those kinds of things in more detail with the director.
