After consulting with the manager, I had a consultation with the director. First, they took photos and looked at everything overall, and showed me virtually how much my side profile would change. They reviewed a plan using no implant, osteotomy, and the nose tip, and explained one by one with PPT illustrations how the nose surgery would proceed and what an osteotomy is. I’ve only put down a reservation deposit so far.
