I said I wanted it without an implant, and they asked, “Why?” saying they themselves had nose surgery with an implant and had no problems for 18 years, and strongly recommended it. They kept saying that if I was going to do it, I should use an implant. The doctor was very kind and nice. They also showed me through Photoshop what I would look like after surgery, and since it’s a place that also does functional nose surgery, they recommended rhinitis surgery during the consultation. When I said I wanted it without an implant, they said it would cost about 2.5 times the original price. I liked the consultation, but since I had gone in thinking I wanted it without an implant, being told to use one left me confused
