Compared with consultations at other places, this felt the best. The director seemed to care about each patient individually, and I could see they were focused during the consultation itself, so I ended up asking more questions and talking more than usual. The manager first asked what kind of shape I wanted and what parts I wanted fixed, then the director discussed the detailed points and asked whether I had any questions, and finally the manager and I talked about any additional questions and the cost. The consultation method was similar to other hospitals, but my overall impression was that it was good.
