There was only one director, so there was a bit of a wait. I was told my nose was a bit too low for a no-implant approach and was recommended silicone. The fact that the director clearly told me what probably would not work made me trust them more, and they explained things in an easy-to-understand way. For now, I paid a deposit and came back.
