First of all, the consultation with the director was good. I liked that they showed me things with Photoshop, and they also explained the basic things about the nose through a video, which was very helpful. However, the consultation with the manager was not pleasant. I asked whether the price shown on the event page they posted in the app could really be done at that price, and they said some things that didn’t make much sense. The event page clearly explained both the bridge and the tip of the nose, and there were even cases of tip surgery in the reviews from event participants, but they only said that the event applied only to bridge surgery and that they didn’t know what those reviews were about. When I asked again because I still didn’t understand, they told me that it seemed like I wasn’t trying to understand. It’s common for the event price and the actual price to differ at almost every hospital, so I just let it go, but I was disappointed in the manager’s response. After that, I sent a question over KakaoTalk, but that just got left on read. I also have to go back and forth to the hospital after nose surgery, and I didn’t think I’d feel good every time I went, so I didn’t choose this hospital.
