For aftercare, they gave pumpkin juice, bruise cream, and scar cream, and I think early swelling and recovery are things you have to manage yourself. I was careful not to let anything touch my nose, tried things that help swelling, and walked often. It feels like things have settled a lot now, the swelling is much less than at first, and the nasal tip has also gotten much smaller.
