Six years ago when I had surgery, I wanted it as high as possible, so I went with the maximum setting.. but I guess I pushed it too far, because the silicone had become visibly bent, my columella was too long, and the tip felt very pointed, so I got revision surgery. The bruising lasted longer than I expected, which was tough, but now all the bruising is gone and I think the shape itself has settled in well. My impression is softer than before, and the feeling that only the nose stood out has disappeared, so I’m satisfied and posting this
