I went on a weekday and arrived a little earlier than my appointment time, so after filling out the questionnaire with almost no wait, I got a consultation right away. The consultation went in this order: manager, doctor, manager. I liked that the doctor seemed to be trying to be thorough during the consultation. After shaping it for me, the doctor explained the surgical method and materials while drawing diagrams, and even did a virtual surgery, so it was easy to understand. I liked that it was a consultation where I could picture how it would turn out.
