The silicone was bent, and it was too high like an avatar nose, so I had revision nose surgery. I had the existing implant removed and had only the nose tip operated on with autologous costal cartilage, without any implant. The avatar look is completely gone, and it turned out naturally, just like my original nose. I was in a pretty desperate state, but they explained very well how it could be improved, and after the surgery, the director personally came and explained how the surgery was done and the post-op precautions. They also checked my recovery carefully after the surgery, which I really appreciated. If I ever have revision nose surgery again, I’d want to recommend First Button.
