By my standards, I feel like I’ve been to a lot of consultations, and this is one of the places that made my shortlist from among the ones I consulted with. First, I visited early, so I was able to get a consultation right away with no wait. Maybe because of that? I felt like I could have a consultation more calmly than I expected. Since this was my first surgery, I had a lot of questions, so my question list was pretty long, but they answered everything. They also explained the questions about the surgery method using examples, so even though it was my first consultation, I could understand it well. I was worried the manager would pressure me, but they only recommended things and didn’t push. I was very nervous because this was the first place I had a consultation at, so I’m glad I was able to end the consultation on a good note
