Hello~ I’m a woman living in Busan. When I was 20, I had double eyelid surgery with the buried-suture method, and it got swallowed by my eyelids(?) so it became smaller. So I had a flashy revision surgery with an incision and a higher line. But even that got swallowed by my eye fat, so I made it bigger again. In total, just double eyelid surgery alone was my 3rd time.....
Anyway, I was living satisfied, but maybe because I didn’t have epicanthoplasty and made the double eyelid line large, the front angle was almost 80 degrees? Around 90 degrees (the ideal front angle is 45 degrees?) So I thought epicanthoplasty would make my eyes bigger and was looking into it, and The Face in Seomyeon was doing an event for 400,000 won. I had it done by the head director, and the surgery was over in 30 minutes (but I had heard epicanthoplasty should take about 1 hour....) Right after surgery, the moment I looked in the mirror, I thought there was a ghost..... I fought with that doctor, yelling at each other... Everyone thinks doctors seem kind, right? First impressions aren’t everything.
I really got depressed then, and it was the worst period of my life. When I looked at a Naver cafe for people going through painful experiences, there were so many people suffering from side effects from epicanthoplasty. There are also so many different methods for epicanthoplasty restoration surgery, so it was really hard for people who had it done to get information. My friend also had a botched epicanthoplasty, got information from a truly closed Daum cafe without brokers, and had restoration surgery in Seoul, and she’s satisfied. But the cost was 2.5 million won...ㄷㄷ I had epicanthoplasty restoration in Busan, but I’m not that satisfied ㅜㅜ It was a surgery that restored only the lateral part, not the medial part. The number one thing I regret most in my life is having epicanthoplasty surgery. It is not something you do as a 1+1 add-on when getting double eyelid surgery.ㅜㅜ It’s not a surgery you absolutely have to get just because you have Mongolian folds! If you really feel tempted, stop by a side-effect cafe and look through it once... You probably won’t want to do it...
