The consultation manager was kind, but the CT imaging staff and the director were not on the kind side. I thought the CT imaging staff was angry .. maybe because it was a Saturday afternoon consultation, they seemed tired ^^; It was a revision rhinoplasty case, and I went with the goal of silicone removal and nasal tip improvement. But they kept recommending silicone and said I would feel a great sense of loss if the nasal bridge was removed. They should have suggested other alternatives suited to the patient’s needs, but they recommended silicone several times .. and when I kept refusing, they reluctantly seemed to suggest using donated fascia and even functional rhinoplasty. And they brought up alar lift, which doesn’t suit my face, so I don’t plan to have surgery here. I went with high expectations, but came out extremely disappointed.
