Arriving at the clinic > waiting > consultation all went smoothly. During the consultation, I showed them a text list of questions I had organized, and the consultation proceeded while the director explained everything. I asked what I was curious about and told them this is how I wanted it done, and I liked that they also discussed the importance of nasal function during the consultation. The consultant also explained things well in a way that was easy to understand.
