It was my first double eyelid surgery, and I thought double eyelid surgery was a simple procedure, so I got on the operating table without worrying. But during the surgery under sedation, when they did the local anesthesia, it was so, so scary and hard. I was so frightened that my thighs were trembling, and I felt awful throughout the whole surgery ㅜ Maybe sedation doesn't suit me ㅜㅜ Or maybe it's normally like this.. Anyway, after the surgery ended, for two weeks, even though it was natural adhesion, my bruising and swelling were especially severe, so I thought maybe it was because I had several things done and kept waiting, thinking I should wait and see. But the swelling went down unevenly, and from the line starting at the inner corner, it was different, so I was stressed, but up to that point it was okay. But the posterior-lower canthoplasty is also uneven, and one side was lowered too much, so my scleral show got worse ㅜ For the upper canthoplasty, the area where the stitches were removed has swollen up into a scar as it was.. I didn't know this was such a difficult surgery with so many things to worry about. No one told me either. If I had known that, I absolutely, absolutely would not have had the surgery ㅜㅜ I think you really need to think carefully before doing it.
