Since it was a revision rhinoplasty, I visited about 8 places before choosing this one. For my first surgery, silicone and autologous cartilage were used, but this time I wanted to do it properly, so I proceeded with autologous costal cartilage. I also had rhinitis surgery done together through indemnity insurance. They made the incision in a folded area so the scar would be as minimally visible as possible, and I thought it would hurt a lot after surgery, but it was okay. Still, I endured it thinking this would be my last nose surgery, and now about 4 months have passed, so the residual swelling and yellow bruising are almost gone. I’ll have to wait a bit longer for the scar on the chest area, but it’s so much better than my previous nose, so I’m really happy..
