I got a consultation because they seemed to pursue a natural-looking nose. They recommended silicone that was lower than I expected, 1.5 to 2 mm, and since I thought my nostril wings were wide, I expected them to recommend nostril reduction, but they said it wasn't necessary, so I trusted them. I said I absolutely hated a pinched nose or a chalk-like nose, and they said that would absolutely not happen, so I felt reassured. They seemed professional and were kind.
