Personally, I felt very comfortable. When I went in, there were already two people who had had nose surgery sitting there, so I thought they did a fair number of surgeries, and before the consultation they asked me to write down details such as my requests and surgery history. (I liked this)
Before the consultation, they showed me a 10-minute video, and it was about basic knowledge of the nose, for example how to read a CT, how to look at the size of the septal cartilage, the part where the septum is cut, explanations of various surgery names, and things like that.
The consultation with the director was not that detailed. Unlike other reviews, he did not personally edit my photos or anything, and he said lowering the nostril rim is a surgery where the outcome cannot be predicted, so it is difficult to definitively say how it will turn out. I left with a lot to think about.
Also, even though it was my first surgery, and even though no silicone or implant would be inserted, the cost was substantial, which felt burdensome. For reference, I also had a functional nose consultation, but this price does not include functional nose surgery.
