Before consulting with the doctor, if you watch an informational video related to rhinoplasty, the doctor comes in. I was given an explanation about why the septal cartilage could not be used. There was a hospital that suggested using septal cartilage, and this became the reason I ruled it out. The reviews were good and the doctor's consultation was detailed, so I liked it, but I felt turned off during the consultation with the consultant. Functional rhinoplasty is possible, so actual-expense insurance reimbursement is available, but the cosmetic rhinoplasty price is on the expensive side. The consultant also was not proactive about price negotiation (the nuance was that they do well even without negotiating).
