It was my first plastic surgery, so I didn’t really look into it properly and went to a nearby plastic surgery clinic to get nose surgery. I had a hump nose.. My nasal bridge was originally high, so they only shaved it down, and the nasal tip was tied.. After the surgery, I wasn’t satisfied because the bridge of my nose wasn’t smooth, but it was much prettier than my original nose, so I got by. But as I’ve gotten older and the facial fat has started to sag, my nose now looks crooked and the nasal tip looks like an arrow nose, so I’m thinking about getting revision surgery.
