In February 2024, I had revision surgery for a hump nose and rhinitis surgery (deviated septum). I had my nose done at another hospital in December 2015, but they only used ear cartilage, so as time passed it gradually sank downward and became a hump shape, feeling like it had returned to my original nose shape.
An acquaintance had revision surgery here and it turned out well, so I went for a consultation without looking at other hospitals, and the director gave brutally honest advice. He told me everything while looking at the CT, such as what can be done, what can't be done, what I don't really need to do, and not to worry, so I trusted him.
I had been living without even knowing I had rhinitis, but it turned out I did, so I had that surgery done together (I occasionally had discomfort from nasal congestion, but I had just lived thinking that was normal). Now, even when I lie down to sleep, I don't have rhinitis symptoms with nasal congestion.
I originally prefer a natural look, so the surgery was done using only nasal cartilage. Currently it looks very natural but is a slim nose, so if I don't say I had surgery, people don't really notice. They say it looks like I originally had a thin nose.
I like the shape of my nose so much that I'm extremely satisfied.
There is a reason they specialize only in revision rhinoplasty. An acquaintance said the price is more expensive than other places, but since it was revision surgery, I wanted to choose a place that was skilled rather than focus on price, so I have no regrets.
