In the consultation with the consultant, we basically talked mainly about the areas I wanted to improve (shape, materials) They played a video while I waited for the director (basic explanation) The director tends to explain things very thoroughly and well, and is professional. They pursue naturalness and do not excessively push anything. They seemed confident and talked while shaping with a cotton swab. The price is on the expensive side, but things like aftercare were good
