I had nose surgery in Masan. Since I'm a man, I had Gore-Tex inserted. I think nose surgery is really like that. Image-wise, it feels like Seoul would be good, Gangnam would be good... But right now, I'm very satisfied with my nose. Other than a little visible scar tissue, I'm very satisfied with how it looks.
