It was the first time in my life I was turned away at the door. And they decide reservation times depending on who they're dealing with. When my friend asked, they said she could even get a consultation appointment this week right away. But when I asked, they said this week's slots were already full^^ Their story keeps changing, and they lie with a completely straight face. The three people at the front desk. Especially the one with long hair!! They really need to train the staff better. I visited from far away, but the manager cut me off and wouldn't let me meet them. I wanted to meet the director for the consultation, so the manager was the first cutoff!,, I'd never seen a place like this before
