I had bridge and tip rhinoplasty, and hoped the wide nose would improve. I decided on the surgery after seeing the line in the review photos, and now, a few years later, I’m much more satisfied than before surgery, but if you look closely at the bridge, it’s a little crooked, and the nostrils are asymmetrical (they were asymmetrical before too). Also, the alar width didn’t reduce as much as I expected. Still, if you ask whether I’d go back and have the surgery again, I would. My friends’ reactions were very good. Before surgery, I stressed that I wanted it as natural as possible, but now I’ve gotten greedier, and if I went back, I’d ask for it to be a little more glamorous. The line looks best around 2 to 4 months.
