My older sister had her nose surgery here and she really reached her peak again.. I went around to about three places, including this one, and this was the place where I thought the surgeon's consultation was the best. They used a custom silicone implant, so it looked much more natural. I said I didn't need anything else and just wanted them to do it like my sister.
