First of all, when I entered the clinic, it felt very old. The front desk manager who looked like a coordinator was really unfriendly; the most unfriendly clinic I’ve ever consulted with so far. I saw the consultation manager first, and even in the consultation room the friendliness wasn’t great... just very businesslike, asking about my history and then done... didn’t feel like a manager at all; What was unusual during the doctor consultation was that they started by pressing the record button; They were very confident, and the consultation lasted quite a long time. I was recommended donor rib cartilage and ear cartilage. They only told me the amount for the post-consultation fee and that was it;; if I’m getting surgery, I need to have some level of interaction with the assigned manager, but I saw none of that kind of proactive attitude, so I passed.
