Eye Surgery Reviews

Review of Machimpyo

In conclusion, everything was too simple and too ordinary, so this is a clinic where I did not schedule a second visit or book surgery. Like the people below said, it also took me quite a while to get an appointment. I found this place through YouTube and visited, and it seems to be quite a popular clinic. The desk staff and the consultant all have a very simple way of speaking and service style. It felt like they said exactly what was needed, nothing more and nothing less, but it was definitely simpler than an average plastic surgery clinic. They were not unfriendly at all. The order was consultant -> director doctor -> consultant, and the conversation with the consultant was basically just greetings + a brief price guide. And first of all, the director doctor calls you "jagi-neun" and "jagiya" haha. It felt friendly, but at first I was like, huh? And for some reason, they kept telling me to put my hands on the table. Anyway! Rather than focusing on understanding the design needs the patient wants + resolving concerns about revision surgery, the flow of the consultation felt like the doctor judged things based on their own perspective and said, "You should do it like this and this, the surgical method is this," almost like showing off technique? Rather than a surgical consultation, it felt like watching someone explain new technology at an expo. But that doesn't mean anything was extremely lacking or really bad. I just felt subtly like things weren't resolved.. so I didn't choose this clinic! They said I needed an incisional revision surgery + double-line correction + ptosis correction.
