It has only been one day since I had the procedure, but everyone from the consultation manager to the doctor was so kind and took great care of me. During the procedure, they explained step by step how and in what way they would do it, and adjusted it as much as possible to what I wanted. Overall I'm satisfied and plan to come back again.
