About 2 years ago I went for a revision eye-correction surgery, and I also think it may have been my own big mistake to book the last slot on the day of surgery at the time.. It seemed like they were doing quite a lot of surgeries in one day, so I was uneasy. In the end, the shape I wanted didn't come out, but they performed the revision again without any additional cost, and the director was kind and tried to explain things well.
