The surgeon was kind and explained things in detail, which was nice, but the manager and coordinators were really bad, with facial expressions and snippy attitudes. As soon as the consultation manager came in, they looked exhausted, sighed, and walked in. That already put me in a bad mood, and the question they asked the most was where else I had been to, and when the surgeon was consulting, they stood behind them with one leg cocked and used their phone lol I’ve been to a lot of consultations and surgeries, but I’ve never seen a manager like that. The surgeon doesn’t seem to say anything, though. I didn’t even expect a send-off when leaving, but the consultation room was tucked away in the back, so I got a bit lost on the way out, and they just walked off as soon as I came out of the consultation room lol I stopped wanting to do it there solely because of the manager and coordinators.
