The facility was clean, and both directors explained everything in detail while pointing out the CT photos and eye line, so I felt reassured and liked it. But the manager spoke in a way that was too aggressive, which upset me. The fat transfer was only done in one round, and if I wanted a second round I had to have it removed again, so I didn't like that.
