The doctor was running late, so I waited over an hour before the consultation, but the manager apologized and treated me kindly, so it was okay. I felt reassured by the CT scan to check the septum, and the doctor explained things well. But they said they couldn't do exactly the style I wanted, so I was a bit disappointed... I already paid the reservation deposit, but for now I'm going to look at other places too.
