It was my first consultation, and the waiting time was long. I went early in the morning, but it was still long. The doctor was kind, but seemed extremely busy. During the consultation, they spoke very quickly, like rapid-fire, in a fast and precise way, so I could understand, but it was hard to ask questions. It felt like they needed to send the doctor off quickly…. So I couldn’t ask the doctor even one question. I had made the reservation because I’d seen them a lot on YouTube and felt a strange sense of closeness and trust, but after booking I saw bad reviews too, and I felt like I had made too hasty a decision on my first consultation, so I canceled But even canceling required seeing the manager, so I had to wait again. I was able to get the reservation deposit refunded.
