I found it interesting that they custom-make the silicone in 3D. That adds 550,000 won to the cost. For the surgery, they said they use donated rib cartilage (apparently the expensive German-made one worth 1.7 million won). I am not exactly sure how that differs from regular donated rib cartilage, but they said it is good donated rib cartilage. They also said they would use ear cartilage too.
