Maybe because they do a lot of surgeries, the consultation wait was really long, and it kept getting pushed back from the original appointment time, which was the biggest downside. The doctor was kind and explained things in detail, and above all, The consultation manager was extremely kind and, since it was a revision surgery, understood my worries very well, and there was absolutely no pressure to have surgery or book.
