The director was extremely kind. The consultation manager, how should I put it? It felt way too much like a business. They didn’t explain things well and kept pushing the price, which bothered me. I was thinking about functional nose surgery, and I wanted them to explain the functional aspects properly, but that was a bit disappointing. I think they’ll do the nose beautifully though
