It was my first surgery and my first consultation, and the consultation manager seemed displeased about that, which was uncomfortable. The doctor’s consultation was quite thorough and detailed. Because I have rhinitis, they focused more on functional nose surgery than cosmetic nose surgery, and in fact the price for cosmetic plus functional nose surgery was about the same as the pre-discount price. They recommended using cartilage and even donated rib cartilage, and laid out the surgical methods in a way that felt like excessive treatment, including osteotomy, and gave me the highest price I had seen among the places I consulted.
