This was my first nose surgery, and even considering insurance coverage, I think the cost came out high. They said it was because this was the chief doctor... so I just went along with it. But I said I wanted it done without an implant, and they were going to put in dermis + cartilage + autologous costal cartilage + septal cartilage, so I was like, huh, all that...? The osteotomy was priced separately too.
