Today I finally had the splint removed (day 6) I thought I didn't have swelling (because my eyes weren't swollen), so I ate ramyeon and only did warm compresses once a day, but they said my nasal tip is all swelling... My nose was originally chubby, so I didn't realize it was swelling lol Once the splint came off, the nose swelling is no joke! My nose won't move, it's so tight, and even my nostrils are uneven and a mess, but I'm thinking it's all because of swelling... and calmly waiting
Once again, I had my hump shaved down, a little shaved on the side because of side-view asymmetry, my nasal tip raised with ear cartilage, and length extension with fascia
I was worried about bruising, but there's no bruising at all (the ink? from drawing the lines makes it look like bruising, and my sebum is exploding) I cried when they removed the cotton on day 3 because it hurt so much, but removing the splint was very peaceful
And I have no frontal-view effect at all! It's not like I raised my nasal bridge; rather, since I shaved down the hump, from the front it probably looks lower except for the nasal tip~
If you look closely at the side right now, it seems like a slight hump remains (the director originally prefers a subtle hump line), but I don't really have any complaints, and I'm just going to think about how it will look in 2 weeks after all the swelling goes down... If I were someone who wanted a higher nasal bridge, I would already be sobbing and looking into revision surgery, but I really don't have much greed... I'm extremely satisfied I'm satisfied just escaping my natural nose with fewer side effects
Once I also get all the internal nasal stitches removed at week 2, I'll bring comparison shots of both the front and side again!!!!
