I got a quote for costal cartilage. Functionally, I wasn't really considering it, but after getting a CT scan they said functional nose surgery was possible and that there were signs of rhinitis, so it seems functional nose surgery is possible too. I'm not sure about how kind they were, but the director seemed kinder. It was nice that there was no consultation fee even for the CT scan, and I'm thinking about whether to do functional nose surgery.
